Excellent location with secure parking for your car. Easy to reach everything important in Florence. Good breakfast. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Location and room which had an extra room with couch - probably lucked out with that.

Bar and restaurant were dull. No character.

Good location

Hotel is within easy walking distance from the main train station and the town center. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed but the bathroom, although a good size had a very small shower in it. It could do with being updated. The breakfast buffet had a good selection.

The small shower cubicle in the bathroom. The lighting in the bar area and lounge area was a bit too bright and clinical, softer, warmer lighting would make them more pleasant places to sit. We did have to wait quite a time to have our order for coffee to be taken and delivered at breakfast.

Very Good

The hotel location is very good. Near the train station and close to the city. Everything is within walking distance. The room is comfortable. Breakfast is very good. You can choose from hot or cold food: sausages, ham, eggs, omelette, cheese, dry breakfast, buns, cookies, fruit, etc. Very helpful staff during breakfast.

The room is dark and heavily scented. Some people may find the intense scent difficult.

I liked Grand Hotel Adriatico.

Very close to train station and river bank. Room was very clean and properly serviced. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. The Hotel is managed perfectly and gives you a good feeling.

The water isolation of bath tube was not good. The first night we turned of the A/C as it was cold, the A/C was heating only up to 20c degrees (later we were told that in October this is due to regulatory reasons) and a cold air flow was not helping. After a short sleep we realised that A/C automatically restarted. Despite several attempts at midnight I gave up trying to shut down A/C. In the morning we understood that A/C was programmed to restart automatically and if you ask otherwise the reception can arrange it. Our 1st night was terrible. We woke up several times. Probably this is a concern only in October.

Nice hotel!! Bellasimo…

Nicely furnished. Great lobby to enjoy during rain.

Second time we stayed and the bar is poorly managed. Bartender only available when he is not moving luggage. Rang bell, no response.

Service, clean, location, breakfast.

The room in reality is quite different from the picture because in the picture it looks like a bigger room but when you get to the actual room, it is quite narrow and the walls are not very soundproof.

Very Good

Hotel, for shure, is not 4 star, but it’s clean, have a good breakfast, and solid location. It’s a bit outdated, but we didn’t mind about that too much, we came only to sleep .I noticed some reconstruction cause 1 floor (dont know how they manage to do that so quiet, there were no noice from those works at all) was out of order and I saw workers there, so I think they are on a good way! All staff is very polite and helpful, for them I give 5*!

Otherwise the hotel was great. I would suggest them not to book suck rooms before fixing.

Good location, breakfast. Rooms were good too.

Only issue we had was one leaky toilet. We had booked two connecting rooms, so it was manageable. But going by the water marks the toilet must have been leaking for a while, and of course was not fixed while we were there.

A very pleasant stay in a relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel has a very high standard in every aspect. The staff was very helpful and efficient. The location of the hotel is very central, close to the statio. We highly recommend the restaurant Opera, both for the food , staff and information about the traditional Tuscan food.

Wonderful

The room is really nice with correct amount of things and is also well designed. Bathroom was also nice and clean. The breakfast was good with enough quantity and diversity. The location is good and bad at the same time, near to things to see but in an area where there are people that can make you feel uncomfortable.

Paying extra for the private parking of the hotel, in principle does not look too correct to me, but i didn't see it only in Firenze also in other touristic cities in the area, same thing happens. I suggest people to go to historical center using the route alongside the river, if you go through the railway station part, you will not like the ambience.

Pros: 1) Arrived early and left luggage. The luggage was handled professionally and delivered to our room. 2) Staff in general was very professional. 3) Room was very clean, bath was large. Cons: 1) room was very small. Barely had a place for the luggage. 2) upstairs neighbors had very loud children, running about and yelling. Sounded like a day care. 3) Breakfast was good but not cosmic. Eggs were cold.
